I'm Cat Trueman, a BACP registered counsellor. I work with clients from the age of 16.
I'm based in Leeds but my sessions are 100% online, which means I can provide sessions wherever you are in the UK.
I charge £48 per session, and you are very welcome to have as many or as few sessions as you'd like.
What are my counselling sessions like?
My belief is that counselling should be comfortable, supportive and down to earth.
Being an integrative counsellor means I am trained in a range of different therapy types, so can tailor sessions to meet your needs. As well as working online, I am employed as a counsellor within the public sector two days a week.
Sessions cost £48 each and are all online, meaning I can be flexible around your needs.
I offer sessions 8.30am - 7pm Mondays and Tuesdays on Google Meet.

I work in a trauma-informed way and have experience and training in counselling for:
Anxiety, depression, low self esteem, trauma, CPTSD, narcissistic abuse, cancer, toxic relationships and domestic abuse, family relationships, anger issues and bullying.
